Free Shipping
Wild River offers free standard shipping Australia-wide on all non-bulky items. All products in our current thermal optics, night vision and accessories range qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Bulky Items
Some larger or heavier products may require specialist freight. Bulky items are determined by the item's size, weight and shipping dimensions. As a general guide, products weighing more than 3 kg may be classified as bulky.
Where additional freight charges apply, these will be displayed at checkout or confirmed with you before your order is dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions and product availability.
Orders being delivered to regional or remote areas may take longer than the estimated delivery times shown above.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow the progress of your delivery.
Backorders & Supplier Availability
Some products may be available to order while awaiting supplier stock. If an item is on backorder, we'll contact you with the expected dispatch timeframe as soon as possible.
If the expected timeframe doesn't suit you, you'll have the option to select an alternative product or receive a full refund.
Split Shipments
Where an order contains multiple items, products may occasionally be dispatched separately depending on availability and fulfilment location. If this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number at no additional standard shipping cost.
